Terms
Last updated 2 October 2026
Seats is a website that helps you use a program on the Solana blockchain to launch, claim seats in and trade memecoins. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
What Seats is, and isn't
- Seats is software. It never holds your funds or your keys: every trade, launch and claim is a transaction you sign in your own wallet and that runs on Solana.
- Transactions on a blockchain are final. We can't reverse, cancel or refund them.
- Coins are made by their creators, not by us. We don't vet, endorse or guarantee any coin, its creator, its name, its image or what anyone says about it.
- Nothing on Seats is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
Risks
Memecoins are highly speculative. Prices can fall to zero within minutes and you can lose everything you put in. The program and this site may contain bugs, and Solana, wallets, RPC providers and Raydium can fail or change. Only use money you can afford to lose.
Seats and posts
Buying a coin before it graduates needs a seat. To claim one you sign in with π and post the coin's phrase publicly from your account; one π account gets one seat per coin. A seat stays yours while your wallet holds at least the coin's seat minimum, and anyone can free it once you hold less. Accounts must meet a minimum age and follower count. We may refuse seats to accounts that abuse the system.
Fees
Trades on the bonding curve pay a platform fee (currently 0.95%) and a creator fee (currently 0.3%). When a coin graduates, a fixed migration fee (currently 0.25 SOL, which includes Raydium's pool fee and account rent) comes out of the coin's reserve, and its liquidity is locked in Raydium for good. Afterwards the locked liquidity's trading fees are split between the coin's creator (currently half) and the platform. Solana network fees and Raydium's own fees apply too. The fees in force are set on chain and shown before you sign.
Your responsibilities
- You must be old enough to enter a binding contract, and using Seats must be legal where you are.
- You're responsible for your wallet, your keys and the transactions you sign, and for any taxes you owe.
- If you launch a coin, you're responsible for its name, ticker, image, description and links. Don't impersonate anyone, infringe anyone's rights, or mislead buyers.
- Don't attack, overload or work around the site or the program, use it to launder money or evade sanctions, or manipulate markets.
What we can do
We may change or stop the site, hide coins or content from it, and update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. We can't change coins or balances on chain.
No warranty
Seats is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss of funds, profits or data, or any indirect loss, arising from your use of the site, the program, or any coin.
